What is Herm Strongest 2025?
Herm Strongest 2025 is an athletic competition that runs four strength based events across eight experience categories. The competitors are scored based on position placed.
The athletes are split into Women and Men, with four experience categories – Novice, Intermediate, Masters and Open.

- Event 1 – Tyre deadlift (Max weight)
- Event 2 – Log press (Max reps)
- Event 3 – Conan’s wheel
- Event 4 – Hercules hold
